Sir , I have an airtel airtel from last ten years . The same number get deactivated due to continous restrictions in jammu & kashmir post August 5.Now when its restored i am not able to make a call or recieve a call.I went to airtel office Pulwama J&K for reactivation ,they give me a duplicate sim but still same problem.And now they are not giving any attention to my query.Now look into the matter
