Need to file complaint on jio Mobile post paid service.. as jio support team member me biswajit singh asked me to upgrade plan for 399 plus gst where the OTT Amazon prime will be activated but after upgrading the plan I am unable to use the service saying that it on chargeable basis extra amount as per terms & conditions.. I have proof in written email confirmation of service are part of upgrade plan.
