We booked a bus from hans tours and travels from Indore to Pune on 7th january 2024. The traveling time was from 9 pm tp 9 am[12 hours]. The seats that we booked were very inappropriate. They were just near to the bus door in a very little space and at the end. Was not able to rest or even sit properly in the whole journey. There were no seat numbers mentioned on the seats too.
