Hope all going well
This is regarding inappropriate payment demand and harassment issue with Vodafone idea India
Since two month I have changed my number from post to prepaid so I went to Vi gallery ( thier own authorized company store )
Now we all know
To change this
we need to clear all our due payment otherwise they they don’t even start our application
So as per the rule and thier required- all full and final payment made
I paid my dues via online mode
Post my payment REALIZATION
They intiate pre paid procedure and hand over new sim systemically
After two month Now they started asking again due payment as well as harassment,msg calls….
