This in reference with the inappropriate deduction from the account, the visiting technician installed binge services and conveyed that it’s free of cost for first one month, post you can call customer care for uninstallation for same i have called on 9th against deduction date of 13rh oct. Eventhough they have deducted amount and saying that my earlier call was deducted but I had complete discussion with tata sky representative and he ensured that your subscription will be discontinued on 13th and no amount will be deducted.
