I had issue with my Wifi provider – Jio Airfiber. I raised service request on June 1, 2025. The engineer came to visit on June 3 and stated that outdoor unit is missing, 2 days later on June 5 another engineer came with new outdoor unit but was unable to activate it. He then said that he will visit next day. Next day on June 6, he says he can’t come because the unit is still not working. I asked for his senior contact and told to him. He stated it will be resolved on the same day and later no one received my calls till today June 9. And by this period of time our service request was closed by them without any resolution. I once again raised the request and was scheduled for today June 9 and again same thing no one came and nobody is responding to calls, the current service request visit is again rescheduled by them and it is on June 15, which is not at all acceptable. And all these days they say they will come and I’m waiting for someone to visit instead of me going to my office, working from home waiting for them, that too connecting with my mobile hotspot. I can further provide proof regarding this problem.
Infact I even posted on X (twitter) tagging jiocare and nobody responded there as well
