Text of Complaint by Dr. Syed Mohibuddin:

I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the handling of my Jio fiber service issues (New connection). I had booked a new connection for Jio fiber service on 30-01-2025 with the Order No. NO00013P1COG and technician Vinod came to my house on 31-01-2025. He asked me to do payment of Rs. 2824.92 for 6 months package for internet connection. After the payment was made by me online, he has to fill my details for further process. The technician did some mistake in filling out my details for which my booking got cancelled and I got a message that the refund is initiated, and it will be credited within 10 days.

Immediately I called the Manager Venkat Malakpet Jio center, he told me that the message will be like that only. Your amount will be credited within 2 to 3 days only. After talking to the Manager Venkat, I told to technician Vinod that I will wait for the refund and then only I will take new connection. Technician Vinod told sir please pay the amount again your previous amount will be credited within 3 to 4 hours only.

After 3 to 4 days, I spoke to the technician Vinod. Firstly, he was not at all responding then later he told me to please contact customer care, then I called customer care 3 to 4 times but no response from them. Then I called the Manager Venkat, but he was only not responding properly. On 8th February Saturday I again called the Manager Venkat, he told its Saturday sir all the people will leave the office I will find out and let you know on Monday morning.

After waiting for another 2 days on 10th February, I called the Manager Venkat in the afternoon then he gave the phone to JCM Arif Turab Ali, he also told me that I will let you know and will get back to me within 20 minutes. After waiting for 3 hours, I went to the Jio office Malakpet, Hyderabad at 6 pm, to my surprise the JCM Arif Turab Ali was not in the office then I spoke to him on phone he told that I am busy with some work and after talking to him and explaining him for about 30 minutes about no connection from the past 10 days he told me that our person will call you and update you with the refund.

After waiting for 24 hours with no update I again went to the office on 11th February at 6 pm, to my surprise again JCM Arif Turab Ali was not in the office. Then I called him and asked him to kindly update me then he was not responding me properly, he told me I am not the right person to talk, I will not answer you, talk to Manager Venkat only then I said I will give complaint to your higherups then JCM Arif Turab Ali told you do whatever you want, and he disconnected my phone. Then I asked Manager Venkat to please address my problem he told you contact customer care I don’t know anything. After waiting for 1 hour, I left the office.

For a new connection I was stressed for the past 10 days. For someone else mistake why should I suffer for such a long time.

JCM Arif Turab Ali is enjoying the position, that’s why whenever he wants, he will go from the office, he will not be available in the office most of the time and he is not addressing the issues of customers. Both of them behave very badly, they don’t know how to speak to a customer.

I urge the higherups to take necessary action on the above-mentioned people of Jio Office Malakpet, Hyderabad. Because of these people the name of the company is getting spoiled. With such a horrifying experience I don’t want the new connection and I never advise anyone to take up new Jio fiber connection.

I humbly request your good self to take appropriate action on the Manager Venkat and JCM Arif Turab Ali and ask them to provide an explanation for this.

As a customer, I expect timely responses, professionalism, and a resolution to my problem.

I hope this letter serves as a wake-up call for Jio Fiber to prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold its service commitments.
