I applied to port my number from Airtel to jio 2 days back. On 1st September I received a call from Airtel….and the representative asked for reason for porting …I explained the reason of poor connection and less number of towers in my area….the representative instead of appreciating my greviences argued inappropriately and disconnected….this is the reason why most of the earliest Airtel customers are strictly and strongly diverting from Airtel……hope things will change and Airtel would certainly look into the matter….
