Text of Complaint by Umamaheshwar Rao Poosa:

Hi – I am following-up on a pending transaction, amount debited from my account but beneficiary claims he has not received money.

I am not happy with the response when I lodged a complain, it just says credited to beneficiary and I need transaction ID, date and time of credit which i am not receiving,
Help me address this issue and revert my INR 1008
