Text of Complaint by Sudish:

Dear Goibibo Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent bus booking (Booking ID:GOBUSIOS06E4AA3DED) The journey was severely disrupted due to the bus breaking down at 2:00 AM on the outskirts of Hyderabad ( Shad-Nagar ) . We were stranded until 8:00 AM with no alternative arrangements provided by the operator or Goibibo.

To make matters worse:
Rainwater entered the seating area, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable.
I had to return back to home on my own, incurring additional costs.
I was forced to miss an entire day of work, causing professional inconvenience and financial loss.

Despite this ordeal, I received a refund of only ₹171 out of ₹1050, which is grossly inadequate given the circumstances. This was not a minor delay—it was a complete failure of service.

I request a full refund of the booking amount and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
