Please I say please don’t ever order from this website Vastra Queen, the clothes may look good, yes they’re good but the amount of stress I felt after seeing them not responding at all when I decided to return a wrong product is unbearable. The phone number provided on their website doesn’t even work, it’s switched off. The number provided for return and exchange does not see messages and don’t respond, even they don’t remain active. Never in my life, I faced such issue with any other website. And after complaining on NCH, they responded out of fear i guess. I messaged a lot on their numbers, mailed them, got late replies and till now they didn’t respond clearly that how Will I get my refund money so I searched up on the internet and got to know that they refund within 1-9 days, this thing should have been mentioned already on their official website or at least on the message right? But no, even this is my responsibility too??!! I’m a polite customer, but lack of good service can make anyone anxious.
I don’t even have hope now that they will refund my money or not, confused regarding return the procut
