My internet connection is inactive for more than 11 days (09/04/2022). I raised a ticket (Ticket Number 8508248). No action has been taken since then. I have spoken to the different customer care executive more than 10 times. Every single time the executive apologizes and says the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and have put my request as an urgent request. Till date no action has taken and my internet connection continues to be inactive.
