Text of Complaint by Nasir Abdul:

I bought a fastag for my car from airtel. The delivered me a inactive card which caused me lot of problems on the highway. I paid 450/- and it’s been more than a year and my issue is still unresolved. I visited the gallery and was told that my KYC was incomplete. I have uploaded my RC book pictures but still it’s not complete. No one seems to be interested to solve it, I also mailed airtel customer care but still no response. Please take severe action and stop allowing these private companies to sell these kind of products which should be only sold by government authorities. Thank you
