Hi ,
I have received whooping bill amount 3398 rs by vodafone for just 4 days from 1st Aug 2020 -5 th Aug 2020 as I port my no. From vodafone to airtel due to poor coverage in my area so I switched to airtel but vodafone has given me unprecedented bill of 3398 now i dont where i need to go as i visited the vodafone store they’ve asked me to drop an email but no such response received from them after 48 hrs now I constantly receiving the message from them to pay before 27th Oct 2020 & there are no way to communicate them actively throgh call as customer care didn’t responding or saying this is not the channel to register complaint to vodafone .
Please help me out here, vodafone skewing the customers & no channels available to complaint.
