Kotak Mahindra has blocked my account on 26th Feb and it’s been more 6 days, since i submitted the documents, my account has not been activated.

They said sent an email, saying it would done in 1 working day but its more than 3 days and there’s no update. Bank officials are saying they cannot commit a time how long it would take to update it.

They are not sticking to their SLA that they’ve committed and this is really a poor service from a big bank like Kotak Mahindra.
