Please note from almost 3 weeks, JIO is incapable to provide e SIM to my PIXEL (which is has feature to use e SIM) device and made me to run pillar to post of JIO service providers in Bangalore. Further more I can give evidence what they communicated to me by emails mentioning the above fact. Till date they are failed to provide me the confirmed date as to when they provide e SIM. Due to this fact, I insisted JIO to pay the legitimate dues towards balance which I am holding which they refuse to pay. If they pay I may say hell to JIO and go with most competent service provider who provides e SIM facility and is proved.
