I and my wife both have airtel connections since a long time. Both are prepaid connections. We both recharged with the 2495 yearly pack. We were not able to connect to any special numbers like ICICI bank customer care numbers. We recharged both of our phones with addtitional amounts specifically for talking to these numbers based on advice from the local airtel office. In spite of that we are unable to call to these numbers. We only get message asking us to go to www.airtel.com for offers on special numbers- then it says this call will be charged at Rs.1.00 per minute and then the call gets disconnected. I am 70 years old, and diabetic for 26 years. I have already made 2 visits to Airtel local office, yet they are unable to sort out the problem. I am unable to send my helpers as they are isistent that the owner should be present with Aashar card. Even my complaint made earlier on line has not got any responce.
