Text of Complaint by RUTHVIK REDDY S:

As of 22 July 2020 the complaint was raised stating that the fiber cable was cut and to repair it the technicians came in and they said it was not feasible to repair and since then our internet connection from airtel was stopped. Even till today we are not able to get the issue resolved as we are being charged for the days from 22 July 2020 and whenever we raise a complaint they are closing those complaints without addressing the issue. We are not able to get the issue resolved and we are not able to disconnect the broadband service from airtel but instead are asked to pay the amount due
