This is in reference to subject Order no-406-3094159-7772348 for an Acer Nitro5 Laptop made on 17.10.2020 with item cost of Rs.51990/- paid vide credit card .Due to wrong items dispatched as per attached picture of the consignment In lieu of laptop, We are facing serious issues of carrying out official jobs because of non delivery of subject laptop . Please replace wrongly delivered item because of mistake of delivery and packaging department of Amazon. Request to take up for addressing the issue and deliver the laptop at the earliest which is already delayed by five days to ensure Amazon Goodwill and confirm at the earliest, not withstanding our right as an aggrieved customer to exercise the option available to us as per the law of land. In reference to attached mail from resolution-in@amazon.in of 27.10.2020, we were advised to return the item we had received than the complete refund would be issued and the pick up is scheduled for tomorrow.
your pick up agent had reported at my residence at 1800 hrs on 28.10.2020 and took the item back to the company duly packed. Now Please process complete refund for our ordered laptop made as per your attached mail against our Order no-406-3094159-7772348-Acer Nitro5 Laptop with item cost of Rs.51990/- paid vide credit card within 48 hours of time. We hope a prompt response from your side on this matter. Please respond with refund advise as committed by mail of resolution-in@amazon.in of 27.10.2020 and credit the full refund of Rs.51990/-
