Dear. Sir, my name shrikant Basavaraj Konnur. And i got airtel sim at haveri dist. Tq haveri in local recharge shop. And given my Id proof as aadhar and one phote of my self. In the year 2012-13. But today my 4G sim data not properly working. So i contacted at airtel company service center at dharwad , kc park branch and malamaddi branch at dist dharwad. They told to upgrad the sim. In that time we found that my surname is wrongly typed as KAMMAR. BUT AS PER by given document. It is actual KONNUR. so finaly the airtel service persone did’nt took my ID AADHAAR document and told there is surname not matched. We dont do any thing for this problem. Give us KAMMAR SURNAME DOCUMENT. Then we proceade next. Its yours documentation problem. I told them But Its not my personal or document foult. Its yours service provider wrongly typed problem. Still this problem is pending . So kindly i requist you to make correction in my surname. Thankig you. SHRIKANT B KONNUR
