I purchased latest model HD TATASKY STB for 1599but after 3 months it showed issues of changing channels . Then I raised the complaint and the technician visited 3 times and in the final visit he confirmed that the STB is faulty and the fault is not because of me and replaced it but he replaced with old cheap downgraded STB now the quality of video on this box is low . My request to you is to provide me the latest box for which I had paid you .
