In my CIBIL (as I checked in google pay), I found that Rs. 5000/- outstanding in payufinan (screenshot attached) and due to this my CIBIL is reducing day by day. But I am unable to identify the loan account for repayment and have not received any message for repayment of outstanding in my mobile numbers.
