In online roz rummy, on 12th May 2,000rs and 16th May 2,000rs both deposits are failed, but from my bank account money was deducted,ishown all proofs, rummy coustmer asked me to send deposit falied transaction, isent and successful voucher isent, and they asked me bank statement, isent after sending all proofs also they are not refunding my money, iwas given 100times complaint but they are not giving my refund
