In my postpaid sim there was one another number attached and I want to separate my sim individually I complain many time to customer care and also visited to airtel store but they always fail my address verification they told this is system verification and they fail always verification and also told this is not our service are that’s why it fail verification.
I complaint many time but my query is not resolved, some time customer care says we are not able to solve your problem you have not any option you use this service or close your sim.
I am mentally harrised Please Solve my problem
