I paid premium subscription in magicbricks to get contact details of premium property listed in chennai. This was the first contact i got and thought it was geniune because it was mentioned ad verified property. But that owner said pay Rs.8055 which is refundable just to enter the gated community. I told him multiple times that I won’t pay anything without visiting the property. But he forced me to pay and after that he asked another Rs.8000, after which I told him, I don’t want to visit the place. Please return my money but he never replied or answered my call.
