One of the product was damaged among 17 items and wismaster taken back and informed as refund will be done for damaged product since it’s open box delivery. But i did not received refund more than a months and i gave 3 times compliant to customer care. 2 times they taken compliant and they marked as resolved without resolving the issue.
I need my refund and spend huge time with them to make understand but I got frustrated.
