I ordered nothing phone 2, it’s charger and back cover on 21st July, 2023. And I paid total amount through credit card. They promised to deliver on 24th July 2023. I got to know that through tracking, the ordered items reached to my nearest hub on 24th morning 8:39am. But not scheduled to out for delivery still on 25th July,2023. And customer executives saying that they will deliver on 26th July,2023.
1. Flipkart nit delivered products on time, through this my amount was used(hold) here and waiting and not able to buy other platforms.
2. The customer care service is not good to solve this issue, I asked for any compensation or gift card because of late promised delivery service they not accepting this request and saying if seller gives any refund we will give you otherwise they won’t.
Here, complete irresponsible works Flipkart doing with customers. And not giving any refundable amount due to late delivery.
