I have ordered a product from your site for the very first time(my mistake) and the product was in medium size, so I exchanged it for a small sized one. The new product you have sent me is not the same product(wrong item). The Denim Jacket I ordered was a non-distressed jacket as you will see in the image I attached below and the jacket your team sent me by mistake is a completely distressed jacket which I am never gonna wear. Now the customer care says they have sent the right product, but as you can see in the images below you have sent me a wrong product, which I am not going to accept. I understand the value of money and I do not want my 700 rupees go to waste due to Ajio packing mistake.
In short, its packers mistake they packed the wrong product and sent it to their customer, and for their mistake I am losing my money or I am the one who has to adjust with the product. Ajio is not only causing me lose of money but also lose of my time and peace, as I have raise the complaint 3-4 times and talked to your executives, causing me stress. This process of raising a refund again and again, and calling your customer care is taking my energy and time.
