I was told a full and final loan details mail will be sent. On approval only they will disburse the amount. I believed them and done all the process.. i was given loan @28% intrest rate.. which i didnt want. Now the agents are not picking calls.. loan application says 15000 processing.. but they deducted 20000 from loan amount.. this is clearly cheating.. what should i do?
