Message was received on 25 Nov 10 @ 10-43 saying that “Pack validity for Airtel No. 9611045135 will expire will expire on 28 Nov 18 & out going services will stop”. Mine is Prepaid service and balance available in A/c is more than 875. As such their action is illegal and not tenable.
please take appropriate action against service provider and also preventive action.
