I, Anil Kumar Kuril, From Kalyan(E), Maharastra, Having two number with AIRTEL, 9819589312 & 9867160815, From 03 June 2020, both number had post Paid Rs.399/- plan and Due date of Bill for 9819589312 has 14TH of the month and for 9867160815 has 4TH of the month.
On 03 June 2020 Airtel Employee (Ms. Rupali Sangle, Employee ID No.: AIRFO6K5) call us on our number 9819589312, and she told……………….. Sir you have TWO number with have plan Rs.399/-, and for both the number you paid your bill up to Rs. 950/- …………………….. we have better option, you convert your both numbers 9867160815 & 9819589312 in our FAMILY PLAN Rs.749/-, ………….so you must save up to Rs.50 along with some other benefit .
I told , I am ready to switch-on with new FAMILY PLAN Rs.749/-, And I told her ………… You please convert it. Then She told me …………….. your Parent Number 9819589312 on this I add your ADD ON number 9867160815, for this process you pay Rs. 200 now.
I told her ……………. TOMORROW (4TH JUNE 2020) my bill due date is their for Number 9867160815, she told ……………… don’t worry you only pay Rs.200/- and we adjust your balance amount in giving FAMILY PLAN Rs.749/-.
But by mistake I paid Rs. 471/-, which was my bill amount for number 9867160815 on same day (03 JUNE 2020).
Now from that day on words I paid every monthly bill for our FAMILY PLAN Rs. 749/- , which is about Rs. 888/-.
But from July to till today they asked me for Bill amount for number 9867160815.
Then I visited Kalyan AIRTEL Gallery and given detail regarding our family plan Rs.749/-, Gallery Employee checked my both Number and told me …………. our employee (AIR TEL EMPLOYEE Ms. Rupali Sangle , Employee ID – AIRFO6K5) did mistake , she had didn’t add ADD ON number 9867160815 with PARENT Number 9819589312 , so your bill for number 9867160815 is on and you should pay, I told him …………. mistake was done by your employee, why I should suffer.
He told me …………… you do complain on our Email ID- 121@in.airtel.com.
And I had complained 5 times but still didn’t solved my problem and they asked me pay bill for number 9867160815 other wise we stop service.
I did several complain and also visited Kalyan airtel gallery three time, their In charge also trying to rectify and try to solve my problem but they don’t have much more power or authority to solve it.
And I already paying every bill for family Plan Rs.749 with amount Rs.888/- (Including GST).
This is my brief complain , please solve with AIRTEL .
