Text of Complaint by Ujjwal jha:

I ordered poco C31 in exchange of old phone at exchange value of 4000. (Order no-OD125540249658447000) On 25th July the delivery boy called and said sir you have a delivery for which you have to come to the office. Called by ekart delivery boy. That’s my boss’s order that you come to the office and deposit the exchange phone and take a new phone. Earlier also I had ordered same phone (order no-OD125333970764130000). in which delivery boy told you that you have to come to my office and pick up the phone. And my delivery got canceled thrice. Again I ordered the phone again, after which the reason is being told that you have to come to the office and pick up the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. Who is delivery guy to decide the cancellation. And why such false promises by the agent. Will you try to get my phone delivered? Along with this, I will also take the trouble of informing me about the above action taken on the concerned
