Hi,
I have purchased hand steamer and posture correct from Impulse Ecommerce. Both the products are use less. Iron is leaking and quality is not good at all. I have returned both the products to them and when I am asking for refund, they are saying they do not have any refund policy. I am getting a credit only where I have to order the products from them again which has no quality. So my money approx rs.1800 is almost waste. Please help and I want my money back in my account.
