Sir / Madam.,
This is reference with previous email about the cheating nature of Air Tel Staff at Air Tel Store Srinivasa Tower, No 45, 100 Feet Rd, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641012.
Today i have visited the same store to meet the store Manager ( Mr. Mahendran ) to collect the Cheated amount of Rs.200/. ( the rs.200 is collected by Mr. Praveen Kumar ) against recharge .
The behavior of Mr. Praveen Kumar , a sales executive is highly inappropriate , heedless, his behavior is really careless and he shows adamant , he didn’t respect me ( Im a senior Citizen and by profession a doctor )
I feel really disrespect by his behavior. Please conduct a enquiry regarding this .., ( already i informed the store manager regarding the same since he is not available at time of disrespect happened to me. )
If need i may bring it to the concern of consumer Forum .
