A complaint was raised for a broken/faulty burner pin on 23rd of May 2023, case number BANG684838191888. A technician was assigned after a follow-up & finally showed up at our house on 27th May. He worked on the stove for over 2 hours and could not remove one screw which was stuck. He then re-assembled the stove but removed the burner pin which is causing gas to leak even when the stove is not working which puts the house, family in a precarious position.
He left saying he would return the next day and get a temporary stove and take the faulty stove to the repair center, fix it and bring it back. When I called him next he told there are no temporary stoves available and asked us to wait, thereafter he stopped picking my calls. When I escalated to the customer care, he called back asking us to drop the stove at the service center in Yelahanka.
When my mother called the service center asking them to pick up the stove / provide us with a temporary stove, they had an argument and the service center professional behaved rudely with my mother.
Later I started escalating to the TTK customer care but they only send mails, have not seen any action from their side while the gas at our home continues to leak.
This is extremely irresponsible from TTK personnel.. request action to be taken against them at the earliest.
