Hi,

I have bought POCO X2 phone on July 15th from Flipkart as a birthday gift to my sister. I presented it on 7th Aug and the phone crashed immediately and when I raised complaint from Flipkart no answer and they made to wait for 7 days and the issue is not resolved and no refund was given and also when I checked for prices. The price is low which is 14499 but I paid 18499 which is improper value. I need justice. I’m not a rich guy like your organization. I worked very hard to get that money but atlast all left is sadness. Attaching invoice for evidence.
