The service provider of Shine.com have not provided me full information regarding the services and have asked me to pay more for getting a job. when I complaint after having a word with the customer support team,I clearly mention that I don’t want to continue the services and request to initiate the refund as I have been provided incomplete information about the services.They forcefully have started the services even though I have clearly mentioned not to start.
I am looking for an immediate closure of services & refund to be initiated.
