Have been reaching out to MMT (make my trip) regarding a cancelled bus booking since february 2023. but there is no direct way to get to them except their mytrips section on app and mobile. which has randomly closed my support ticket as resolved without proper solution to the matter. i have raised several dissatisfactory feedbacks also for the same but no redressal to be found. hence i am reaching out to you’ll to help me action this further.
