Text of Complaint by Prasad Pakhare:

Hi,
I have done my car( MH04JB4910) servicing at your Thane workshop on 25.04.2021. After servicing while I was travelling on Pune-Mumbai expressway on 04.05.2021, I found that there was an oil leakage indicator flashing on my car instrument cluster. Anyhow I took my vehicle to the nearest petrol pump and showed it to the car mechanic and came to know that oil leakage was from  the oil filter due to improper fitting of the oil filter. Due to which complete engine oil was drained off and there was a chance engine seized and facing an accident on Mumbai-Pune expressway. This incident happened at midnight 2 PM. I tried to call the Go-mechanic service engineer (Mr Nikhil Devgoda) at the same time but he didn’t respond.
This is because of your improper/unskilled  service work  and negligible supervision during car servicing.
This incident was informed to your service engineer Mr. Nikhil Devgoda as well as Go mechanic customer care on many instances. But till date I have not received any resolution of my complaint.
After waiting for enough time today I have filed my grievance on the National Consumer Affair portal. Complaint number is 2725711.
Looking Forward positive resolution of my complaint.
