I am using airtel service right now. i am facing slow-internet related issue, so i complained on customer care(121) but since no reply came, from there. So i went to airtel office for complaning this kind of behavior so that i can get assistance in this topic. But they also misbehave with me. They just said they are not responsible for network related issues dial 121, so i said i’ve already dialed them, but nothing happened. So he said he is not responsible for that i said if he could do anything about it, then he just said we don’t know anything; you just change your network. i don’t know if this is a way to deal with your customers.
