I have order tender coconut water 12 tetra packs 1 liter each for 2100 rs but on 28 th April pack of only six tetra packs was delivered to me when I opened that pack to my surprise all the 6 packets were leaked I instantly called the flipkart and filed my complaint but my refund request was rejected though item was picked up from my home but till date no refund done despite of n no.of complaint calls but I was told to wait fir 24hr,48hr 72 hr ans so on time and again
Now to my surprise the executive is asking me abt acknowledgement of pick up after 13 days of issue and saying he can’t help while nothing was given by the guy who picked up the tetra packs.
Please help in getting my money back
