Text of Complaint by Majnu Rahaman:

Dear airtel,

I had 4 times failed transaction on 1&2 june’20 amounting rupees 448×4=1742 rupees of which money debited from my account. By now 448×3 have already been refunded.

On 4th june someone called me on behalf of airtel having knowledge of all my transaction and asked details of my bank accounts.when i refused to share he abused me and cut the call.( call record available)

Now my questtion to you is :

1 . Was it genuinely a call from you? If yes then why so?

2.If it was not you then who was it?

3.How on earth did he know about my my stuck money with you?

4. How would i feel safe sharing my data with you?

5. Does airtel misuse my data?

6.Or else  , any of your customer care executives that i talk to is involved in such impersonation?

7. Is it not breach of trust?

Therefore I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter with urgency so that the credentials of a highly trusted and celebrated brand like airtel is not at stake.
