Hi Jio team,
I took your jio fiber connection on Saturday your marketing person ( Sachin 7892680319 6360941551) told me that we will install it by evening or tomorrow morning but they are not installed. Saturday he did not install and Sunday he is not picking my call .
The Order Number for your JioFiber connection is NO0000GB4RY8 and JioFixedVoice number is +918035505605.
before installation you took our money and played a game with us …..
And I tried to reach your customer care number but you played a recorded voice. Then i wrote an email to businesscare@jio.com but here also i got an Auto Generated mail reply.
Today he picked up the call and he is telling stories. I just told him to refund my amount. He agrees but I have not got money or reply from jio support….
Today I raised a complaint via customer care the service request number is SR000013VC7W. and explained everything and i told refund my amount by 30 minutes or complete the installation by the end of the day. But they said both will not happen…
but they cancelled my installation and they told it will time take to 7 to 10 days…

I don’t have money. My salary date is the 5th of this month.. In this situation how i can manage. They are giving half their salary. Without the internet I can’t work. If they refund the amount immediately other vendors will install or please complete the installation end of the day.
