Immediately online loan app-Payment done but they say not done and made me do payment again. There was an agent who called and shared a payment link. Payment was successful but the agency stated that it was not successful and made me do another payment to close the loan app. I was forced to pay the amount paid again. The agent said the complaint has been raised on the person who called and shared the link. but no update yet.
