1. Background of the Issue

1.1 Initial Disconnection Request Submitted
I had formally requested the discontinuation of my Jio AirFiber service (Service ID: 778640213557, JioFixedVoice No. 2079659873). The request was acknowledged by your team under SR00002SB5C9, with an assurance that the disconnection process would be completed by 19-Nov-2025.

1.2 Unauthorized Cancellation Without My Consent
To my shock, I was later informed—only after my own follow-up—that the request was cancelled without my knowledge or approval. No SMS, call, or email was sent to notify me or seek consent. This reflects a serious failure in process integrity.

2. Billing Concerns

2.1 Previous Bill Fully Paid
I had already cleared the previous outstanding bill of ₹706.82 on 21-Nov-2025, for which I received an official confirmation from Jio.

2.2 New Bill Raised Incorrectly
Despite my disconnection request being in process and no usage thereafter, a new bill of ₹342.02 has been generated. This unjustified billing resulted solely from Jio’s internal lapse of cancelling my request without authorization.

3. Unprofessional Customer Service Experience

3.1 Rude and Dismissive Behaviour
During my recent customer care interaction, the representative was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. I was told that I must “re-register” my complaint even though the cancellation was done from Jio’s side without any consent.

3.2 Lack of Accountability
Such behaviour and misinformation deeply undermine the quality of service expected from a leading telecom provider and reflect a lack of basic customer respect and responsibility.

4. My Grievance

4.1 Breach of Trust and Process Failure
I feel cheated and let down due to unauthorized actions, communication failures, incorrect billing, and insensitive customer handling.

4.2 Unacceptable Delay and Negligence
My original request has been pending for over 35 days without resolution, primarily due to internal lapses from your team.

5. Immediate Actions Requested

5.1 Reinstatement of Original Disconnection Request
Reprocess my disconnection request with retrospective effect from the date of my initial application.

5.2 Waiver of Incorrect Bill
Cancel and waive the newly generated bill of ₹342.02, as it is a direct result of Jio’s error.

5.3 Written Confirmation of Final Closure
Provide written confirmation of the corrected service end date, final billing, and the device handover procedure.

5.4 Action Against Unprofessional Behaviour
Initiate a review of the customer care representative who behaved rudely and provided misleading information.
