I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding my recent order of Jio AirFiber, placed on 13th January 2025.
The representative, Karan Kaushik, who processed my order, made an error by entering the incorrect building number. Despite taking a cash payment of ₹2250, no installation has been completed. Here are the key details of the incident:

This situation is highly unacceptable and reflects poorly on Jio’s customer service standards. I kindly request that my order be cancelled immediately and that a full refund of ₹2250 be processed to my bank account as soon as possible.
Please confirm receipt of this email and provide an expected date for the processing of my refund. I trust that this matter will be resolved swiftly to avoid any further escalation.
