Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a serious electrical safety hazard arising from the Jio pole installed adjacent to my residence. The said pole appears to be carrying electric current, which is passing through the iron fencing and outer wall of my house. As a result, whenever we touch the fencing or walls, we are experiencing electric shocks.
This situation has become extremely dangerous and life-threatening. We are unable to water the plants or even go near the wall, fearing electrocution. Small children often play in this area, which makes this issue a grave public safety concern.
A complaint has already been lodged with the Electricity Department, and upon inspection, they have confirmed that the current is emanating from the Jio pole, not from the electricity supply network. They have also stated that corrective action must be taken by Jio authorities.
In view of the above, I request you to treat this matter as most urgent and direct your technical team to inspect and rectify the fault immediately to prevent any possible injury or loss of life.
