Hi we have booked tickets for imagica and ad ons worth 7K for 2nd May 2022 ,
Fue to change of Plans , we have requested refund on 29th April on the mail id mentioned on site and faq’s page .
We have not received any response till 2nd and on 2nd they mentioned the emailid is not correct.
It seems their is no right refund policy and a scam they are doing .
