I would like to bring to your notice that my CIBIL report is showing a loan of ₹48,000 under Muthoot Group. I would like to clearly state that I have not taken any loan from Muthoot Group, nor have I stood as a guarantor for any other person.
Because of this incorrect entry, my CIBIL report is being affected, which may cause serious issues for me in the future. I am unable to understand how such an entry has been reflected in my CIBIL report without my consent or involvement.
I request you to kindly verify this matter at your end and remove the incorrect loan entry from my CIBIL report at the earliest. Please share the details of this loan (if any), including borrower information and supporting documents, for my reference.
Kindly treat this as urgent and confirm once the correction has been completed.
