My order id is od123183365681873000
I bought a mobile phone October 26 th and I’m raised return request before competition of return policy . Whenever I’m calling a customer care they are saying sir there is a technical issue plz call again after 24 hours. Customer care persons saying sir you have a right to get a replacement or refund but our side is a technical issue it showing error, plz fix my problem as soon as possible
